Q. WHAT IS GRAY BLENDING HAIR COLOR?​

A. Gray blending is the process of using non permanent hair color to blend gray hair in with desired tones. It provides a solution to ever changing hair without having to commit to the maintenance of full coverage permanent color.
Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF GRAY BLENDING IS RIGHT FOR ME?​

A. I suggest gray blending to anyone who is not ready to fully embrace gray hair but also does not want to commit to the maintenance of full coverage color. If you're ok seeing a few sparkly hairs when your hair dances, then this may be the option for you.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?​

A. I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. Please also understand that if you cancel/reschedule an appointment 3 consecutive times, you will need to secure your appointment with a nonrefunable booking fee of 50% the service total before another appointment can be scheduled. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
Q. WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?​

A. Things happen…if you’re going to be a few minutes late, please reach out via text message to let me know. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all of my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee the full service scheduled will be performed and may result in rescheduling a portion or all of your service.

Q. WHAT IF I DON'T LOVE MY HAIR?​

A. Please know that I truly strive to give my guests the very best experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within the first 7 days following your appointment. We will make arrangements to adjust as quickly as possible.
